What we are useful for

• Primary sources on an unresolved question. Our main page records questions we could not answer, including the status of offshore operators in Alberta after the province opened its regulated market. If you have a regulator statement or an operator's own written position on that, it is the single most useful thing you can send us.
• Corrections. An out-of-date bonus figure, a turnover requirement that has changed, a licence line that no longer matches a register entry.
• Terms we have misread. Tell us which clause and we will re-read it and amend or remove the claim.
• Operator enquiries. We will answer, and placement is not for sale.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent editorial site. We are not a casino, we hold no player accounts, and we have no access to your balance, your bonus, your documents or your withdrawal. We cannot escalate a dispute for you and we have no standing to try.

We also cannot tell you whether a particular offshore site will accept your account from your province. The operator can, and the provincial body that conducts and manages your market, where one exists, publishes the list of operators that hold provincial approval. Our main page sets out which provinces have such a body today.
